About the Role As an Associate or Associate Director Transport Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the management and delivery of large, complex projects. Your role will involve leading teams, managing project budgets, and representing the company in high-level client meetings. Lead and manage large-scale transport planning projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and time constraints. Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for transport planning matters. Strategic Direction:

Help shape the strategic direction of the transport planning team and drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base. Mentorship:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring the continued growth of the team. Multi-disciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments and external consultants to deliver integrated transport and infrastructure solutions across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and public infrastructure. Compliance:

Oversee the preparation of transport assessments, feasibility studies, and planning reports, ensuring that all work adheres to regulatory standards and planning requirements. Innovative Solutions:

Bring fresh, innovative ideas to transport planning challenges, incorporating the latest industry trends and design techniques to deliver optimal solutions. What We're Looking For We are seeking a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for transport planning. As a senior member of the team, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and strong leadership qualities. Essential Requirements: Experience:

Minimum of 7-8 years as a Transport Planner, with experience managing large-scale projects in either the public or private sector. Client-Facing:

Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading client meetings at a senior level. Software Proficiency:

Proficient in using transport planning software, such as TEMPro, ARCADY, PICADY, LinSig, TRICS, and Excel. Education:

A Master's degree in Transport Planning or a related field is desirable. Professional Membership:

Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., CIHT, CILT) is highly desirable. Driving Licence:
