Company Overview - Project Manager (Security Systems)
Our client, a leader in their sector, is currently looking for a Security Systems Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis. This company has over 20 years of experience in the Security Systems Industry and is continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise. They offer a number of products and services across their many divisions and are currently looking for someone who shares their passion and drive for the industry.
You will be working with multiple clients across different sectors, including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Principle M&E Contractors, Facilities Management, and Property Managing Companies. Some of the services offered within the division are CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder & Fire Alarms. Previous experience with CCTV and Access Control is essential.
Project Manager (Security Systems) Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Create and implement project plans and work breakdowns
Lead project meetings with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
Negotiate both internally and externally to resolve project risks and issues
Manage project scope and change control
Create and maintain project initiation and management documents
Carry out full handover to client on project completion
Willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary to ensure client satisfaction
Project Manager (Security Systems) Skills and Experience:
MUST have previous experience with CCTV and Access Control systems
FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G or relevant qualifications
Experience of managing multiple simultaneous activities and leading teams
Excellent inter-personal communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation and ability to organise own time effectively as well as to motivate and advise others to schedule their own workloads
