Head of Data, Analytics & AI The mission for the Data & Analytics team is to enable and empower our partners across the business to use high impact Data & Analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive business insights & improve business outcomes. As the Head of Data & Analytics, your mission will be to continue to unlock the potential and value in Data & Analytics to drive transformation and benefit business. Your key role is owning the accountability for delivering and embedding Primark's Data & Analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap of initiatives, aligned with Primark 2030 strategy. The Head of Data & Analytics will ensure use of data & analytics to drive revenue generation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation with high levels of collaboration and alignment on priorities between Data & Analytics, Technology and Business teams. A key goal will be to drive the encouragement within the organisation to accept new ways of working and harness collaboration with multiple teams to provide growth opportunities and value from the power of Data & Analytics. We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Leading the Data & Analytics team to deliver best-in-class business outcomes. Driving business transformation with data & analytics to generate business value. Driving continuous development of capabilities in multiple areas, e.g. Data & Analytics, Data Governance, Data & Analytics Platforms and Data Culture. Operationalise data & analytics strategy in line with agreed objectives and key results (OKRs) and in accordance with approved budget. Develop the Data & Analytics team to ensure we have the right breadth and depth of expertise and provide input on the resourcing and capability gaps we are likely to face in the future. Own the standards, governance, and methodologies for data visualisation, storyboarding and Analytics model development & validation. Be a data guardian for the organisation and ensure that data is protected and standardised for use by business teams. Using Data & Analytics to spark innovations that differentiate the organisation in a competitive market. What You'll Bring

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Demonstrable experience in related field and relevant educational qualifications, along with Team Management & Leadership experience preferred. Demonstrable Data & Analytics market insight and expertise, alongside deep industry and sector knowledge. Advanced analytics understanding and demonstrable expertise - predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with visualisation and analytics techniques to solve defined business problems. Strong communication skills including the ability to deliver a clear story to influence agreement on your recommendations. Self-motivated to work across diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities, and having a business mind-set whilst being technically (data) savvy. Ready?
