Collaborate with the FP&A lead to support critical commercial initiatives and provide financial clarity to drive growth. The Requirements:

A recognized professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Extensive experience in Private Equity-backed businesses, including multiple acquisitions and demonstrated leadership in post-deal integration. Exceptional technical accounting and reporting expertise, with the ability to elevate processes to PE standards. Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven ability to manage complex personnel and structural decisions. Advanced systems and technology capabilities, ideally with NetSuite experience. Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to challenge and influence C-suite stakeholders. Flexibility for occasional travel (2–3 times per month to a key UK office), with a predominantly home-based working arrangement. What’s on Offer

This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving SaaS business at a critical point in its growth journey. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the business towards its ambitious goals, with the chance to make a tangible impact on its future success and investment exit.
