We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our team within Vistry South West Midlands, at our Coleshill office. As our Senior Estimator, you will support our land and development team in securing land and contracting opportunities. In turn, this will deliver the company's development programme/objectives. This will involve leading a team to deliver accurate estimates and ensuring project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the estimation process for land and development projects. Collaborate with the land and development team to identify and secure opportunities. Ensure accurate and timely estimates are produced. Manage and mentor junior estimators. Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly. Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or development industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
