About Our Client
Our client is a well-known national law firm that has undergone a significant period of expansion and has over 600 employees in their Manchester office. They are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy team.
Job Description
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your duties will include:
Manage a broad range of property litigation cases.
Provide expert advice on various issues related to property litigation.
Prepare and review legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
Liaise with colleagues and clients to develop litigation strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the field of property litigation.
Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
Contribute to business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have between 2-5 PQE in property litigation matters. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
What's on Offer
An estimated salary range of £56,000 - £63,000 per annum.
A hybrid working model allowing for one day a week of working from home.
