Are you a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor seeking an exciting new role within a friendly, growing legal practice? We are a small but expanding team based in Birmingham, looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join us and handle a diverse range of residential property transactions.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Providing expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process Ensuring all conveyancing transactions are handled efficiently and in compliance with the latest legal standards Drafting contracts and handling all aspects of property law Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's conveyancing services Mentoring junior members of the team and offering guidance on complex conveyancing issues
Ideal Candidate for the Conveyancing Solicitor Role: Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with proven experience in residential property law (either solicitor or legal executive) Strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, from instruction to completion Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team Enthusiastic about growing and developing the firm's conveyancing department
