Compliance Controller . This is an exciting opportunity, which specialises within the recycling/waste industry. The position of Compliance Controller involves: Auditing and reviewing of compliance documentation Verifying and uploading of spreading data Use of Microsoft software and other mapping tools to create detailed and accurate maps of farm Update maps regularly to reflect any changes in farm structures or land Review and document audit findings and follow up on any required corrective actions Adhere to all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Business Management policies Reporting to Senior Compliance Controller Essential skills required for Compliance Controller: A background in an agricultural, agronomical or scientific field Ability to communicate at all levels, including to key stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and prioritising Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail is critical and working to deadlines Able to work as part of a team and on your own Proficient in MS packages to include Word and Excel Desirable skills required for Compliance Controller: Knowledge of Quality and Environmental standards Knowledge of waste regulations, Biosolids Assurance Scheme, Safe Sludge Matrix and Environment Agency and Water authority regulations Knowledge of crop rotations and nutrient applications Experience of land spreading techniques Experience of use of specialised software Awareness of auditing techniques Why Gregory Distribution? Salary for Compliance Controller is £29,000pa based on 37.5 hours per week, to include use of a company vehicle. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs.
