This Building Services specific consultancy has been operating across the country for the last 6 years and are now up to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to add a Senior Mechanical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team – someone with proven Building Services Design experience, in a consultancy, contractor or client side environment. About the Role: Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM, and public health, this consultancy has built a strong reputation across the country and is looking to establish themselves even more in the next few years around the North. The projects they’re currently working on include two DFE £35M new build secondary schools, the early stages of a leisure centre, and numerous office blocks. You could be leading a small design team of around 5 people, depending on the size of the projects. They are known for their impressive designs and work in all project sectors, offering an opportunity to be part of a growing business as well as personal development. Their Leeds office handles most of the detailed design, but they collaborate closely together and have work around the country.
