The company boasts a highly skilled in-house team, all holding industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, and CTS-D. They are looking for an AV Installation Engineering Lead to join the team! Responsibilities: Lead and execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems, including video walls, sound systems, and integrated technology solutions. Manage project timelines and ensure installations meet client expectations and industry standards. Conduct site surveys, identify requirements, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installations. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site. Required Skills/Qualifications: Proven experience in AV installation, with a minimum of 3+ years in an engineering role. Familiarity with AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, or similar platforms. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals. Commitment to delivering high-quality installations.
