Develop Business Partner relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a focal point for communications and queries.

Identification of business risks and performance of monthly control procedures.

Commercial review and analysis of job-by-job margins, and ability to clearly and concisely explain variances to key stakeholders.

Full ownership for this entity including accounts production adhering to group deadlines, balance sheet production and maintenance, and cash flow forecasts.

Production and presentation of monthly performance analysis, including both commercial and financial reporting.

Support the head of finance in the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Assist in creating a robust model and be able to process amendments and articulate numbers to senior stakeholders.

Ensure the stock process is robust and accurately reported on a monthly basis.

Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Finance Manager' should have:

· Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA accountant

· A highly driven and energetic individual who is passionate about making an impact upon the business

· Commercial acumen coupled with strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail

· Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance people to gather relevant information

· Previous success in enhancing business performance by providing business partnering support

· Experience of working within a fast-growing business environment
