As the Senior Analyst within the Office of CEO Growth Strategy, you will take a leading role in driving high-profile strategic projects, delivering insightful analyses, and fostering collaboration across business units. Your day to day Supporting EMEAA strategy projects through analysis, development, and presentation materials. Leading and contributing to EMEAA growth initiatives, including the development of tools and processes. Collaborating with functional and business unit leaders to manage and deliver on priority market initiatives. Providing strategic analyses, including competitor benchmarking and recommendations for growth focus. Developing presentation materials and insights for senior leadership teams. What we’re looking for Strategic Thinking and Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyse markets, performance data, and business issues, drawing insights and conclusions to support strategic planning. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across business units and communicate effectively with all organisational levels, fostering consensus and alignment. Data Proficiency: High competency in analytics, reporting, and working with external data sources to derive meaningful insights. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Tableau would be advantageous. Industry Knowledge and Adaptability: Familiarity with hotel industry dynamics, economics, and external economic trends, with the ability to assess their impact on business performance.
