Commercial law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor or Barrister with 4 or more years’ PQE/Call. The quality of the work is outstanding. The team’s clients include many of the largest and most sophisticated employers both domestically and internationally, and the matters they advise on range from multi-jurisdictional projects to high-value litigation in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court. They are regularly advising on ground-breaking or high-profile employment cases. They have a strong reputation for delivering quality advice, in the format our clients want, on time and on budget. They also work closely with various government departments and agencies and employers' groups to ensure that as new law is drafted, it is fit for purpose and reflects the commercial needs of clients.
They are now looking to expand the team and have opportunities for lawyers who would be interested in being part of an energetic team of specialist Employment solicitors within a challenging and rewarding area of law, carrying out leading work for major organisations. Ideally, candidates will have the ability to deal with the competing demands of clients arising from involvement in a number of separate transactions at once. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to work flexibly to tight deadlines and deliver excellent client care, including advising clients on high-profile cases. You will work directly with the Partners and wider team to manage complex projects and will deal with employment cases across a number of sectors including technology, retail, industrial, financial services, and utilities.
