Senior Engineer (housebuilder) £60,000 - £70,000 + £8K Car allowance + 26 days holiday + bonus Suffolk An excellent opportunity for an Engineer/Technical expert with experience working on residential developments to join an award-winning housebuilder in an exciting role where you will have autonomy to make it your own alongside long-term progression. Despite a tough market, this company has thrived and is currently producing around 150 units annually with the intention to increase this to 450. They have outlined clear growth plans to achieve by 2027 and are looking to streamline their Technical Department. In this predominantly office-based role, you will be shadowing senior members of staff and will be responsible for coordinating engineering on-site, including advising on the viability of new land, preparing outline engineering schematics for site appraisals and tender applications, as well as briefing engineering consultants. A full UK driving license is essential for site visits, as well as AutoCAD experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with good residential Engineering knowledge (including drainage, sewage, section 278 agreements) to take on a vital role within a growing housebuilder offering autonomy, variety, and long-term progression.
