CR3 are currently representing a global brand who are seeking a Project Manager to work across multiple projects in London on a Permanent basis.

High level of detail ensuring orders are correct to the client's specification. Sufficient labour is organised to complete on time and on budget. Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines. Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site. Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency. Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress. Project Manager requirements: Experience of working as a Project Manager or have a Joinery background. Experience of effectively managing teams. Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation. Effective communication and listening skills. Good administration skills. Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
