Starting salary of £28k which rises with every promotion
Uncapped commission structure scaling to 45%
OTE in year one of £50k, year two £65k, year three £80k+

The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
Researching the financial markets and outreaching businesses to pitch your services
Onboarding new clients to understand their offering, as well as hiring requirements
Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with candidates to see if their experience is aligned
Managing the interview process from initial prep, to pushing back on reservations, and feeding back after each interview
Negotiating the best contract for your candidates, including salary, bonus, start date etc.
Consistently working to exceed both individual and team targets set
Building up your brand and network on LinkedIn
The Ideal Candidate – Finance Recruitment Consultant
Experience working in either a sales-based role, or a commercial role (can be part-time, internships, placement year etc.)
Financial drive to earn over a basic salary
Ambition to progress in your career and develop your skill and knowledge base
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Clear communication skills and confidence speaking to a range of individuals
