Job Description Lead the finance team and oversee financial operations within the department. Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company objectives. Analyse financial performance and forecast future trends. Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. Collaborate with other department leaders to improve financial performance. Manage budgeting and reporting processes. Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximisation strategies. Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or QBE. Proven experience in a finance leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in financial software and databases. Strong communication and presentation skills.
