Overview We are looking for a commercial lawyer, ideally 2 years+ post qualification experience. In this role you’ll be seconded to one of our prestigious global brand clients, with three days working on-site in Surrey. Like most in-house roles you’ll never have a dull day with a good mix of work from negotiating contracts, to advising on data issues to resolving disputes. About you Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive in England with ideally 2 years+ post qualification experience. Experience: Commercial contracts drafting and negotiation experience. Ideally you will have in-house or other commercial experience. Skills and Competencies: Up to date commercial law knowledge. Awareness of employment and regulatory laws relevant to commercial contracts. Competent contract drafting ability. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using all Microsoft applications. Knowledge of relevant professional legal and regulatory requirements. Location Surrey. 3 days per week on site. 2 days can be remote. Pay Competitive
