£40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus Scheme + Company Package Orwell Consulting are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading interior fit-out firm based just outside of Lavenham, Suffolk. The company offers bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential, and Specialist projects. The firm is well established, fast growing, and looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Duties of a Quantity Surveyor: Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, In-house Teams, and Subcontractors. Cost control, management of projects, and internal cost reporting. Submission of monthly valuations and production of cashflow forecasts. Prepare and manage Subcontractor and Supplier accounts. About You: Must have experience working for a joinery/fit-out firm or good exposure to these types of projects. Excellent numeracy skills and IT skills with competencies in Microsoft Word and Excel. Practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and commercial awareness. Willing to undertake additional training as required. Understand the implications of decisions on the financial objectives and value of the company. The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. Benefits: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum.
