The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £100m+ works. All projects are flats and houses (RC Frame, Traditional Build and Timber Frame).
The position will be based out of their office in Surrey with travelling around Buckinghamshire, Reading, Surrey and West London required.
The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.
Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning and pre-construction skills, experience in liaising with client's architects and subcontractors, and knowledge of current building regulations.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £140k - £150k (basic) + full package & bonus system.
