Chilworth Partnership are assisting a rapidly scaling, PE backed business in search of a technically strong Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

The business is experiencing exponential growth following their recent investment, and are now looking to develop their FP&A offering as they embark on this next chapter.

Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Design and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve KPIs across the organisation. Ownership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group. Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud. Transition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making. Performance analyse and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise operations and achieve business objectives. Lead, own and co-ordinate the production of the monthly management reporting for the Group, including Board pack and investor reporting. Weekly cash flow forecast and commentary. Managing a team of four.

You will:

Be technically strong, qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA, and has experience in a relevant FP&A role. Have experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles. Have strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power Bi experience. Be a confident business partner with ability to engage, consult, challenge and advise multiple stakeholders. Have experience in a results-orientated, growth and performance driven environment is key, as is the ability to produce high quality, timely deliverables in a complex and changing environment.
