We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Administrator as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure. As we enhance our recruitment strategies and systems, influenced by recent Lean workshops and other pivotal changes with our TRAC system, we seek dynamic professionals to be part of our evolving recruitment team. Be at the forefront of change and help lead the future of our Recruitment Service. Main duties of the job

To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next steps as appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc). To link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales. Send and manage TRAC communications relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitment process from Advertising to Interview Outcome. Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smooth process for allocated vacancies. To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stages to provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps and timescales. Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of education or equivalent experience Skills and Knowledge

Accurate keyboard skills and the ability to create effective documents Highly competent computer literacy including Microsoft Packages To be competent in the use of TRAC Experience

Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative post, working both under supervision and independently Maintenance of filing systems and effective document management Manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload to match management objectives Experience of working in a Recruitment environment Experience within a Recruitment role using e-recruitment systems Personal Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cooperation with others, and as part of a team Can work under pressure at times and is effective at working to deadlines Disclosure and Barring Service Check
