Job Description What will a day in this role look like: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, financial management, scheduling, quality reviews, and communication with relevant stakeholders. Prepare and review technical reports, and other project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Lead and manage contaminated sites projects for Tier 1 clients, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality outcomes. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. A relevant university degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry, or environmental engineering, and a valid drivers licence Extensive experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation, with a proven track record in project management and client engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions. Extensive knowledge of Australian and Western Australian technical guidance and regulations (advantageous) Experience in the assessment of upstream oil and gas and mining sites in northern Western Australia (advantageous) Willingness to occasionally work remotely in the field or complete site visits across Western Australia and potentially other locations in Australia.
