This could be in the guise of new facilities providing additional capacity; infrastructure that increases yield, or facilitating adherence to new regulations imposed on the Airport. The role works closely with the Masterplanning team to translate the 5-25 year masterplan into a tangible delivery plan, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to establish the business needs and develop asset plans that drive best value for the Airport. The

Landside Asset Development Manager

focuses primarily on the estate external to the Terminal and Airfield. This includes, but is not limited to, car parks; internal and external road network and public transport facilities; and interfaces with MAG Property. What will make you successful in the role: To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate an ability to formulate and implement complex estate strategies, with proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop comprehensive business cases. The ideal candidate will be experienced in balancing conflicting needs effectively in order to establish the most effective land-use of the estate, that meets customer and operational needs, whilst also driving commercial revenue and opportunities.
