Stock Controller , Glasgow, Salary from £25,000 to £33,000 + Benefits!
We are looking for a Stock Controller to join a successful Commercial HVAC Merchant in Glasgow. The Stock Controller will be part of a dynamic team, managing stock processes and providing key internal support to ensure operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all stock orders to ensure all delivery targets are met. Dealing with all supplier invoice queries and processing returns. Handling all documentation. Answering company calls and handling all disputes, orders, and client queries. Processing customer returns and RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorizations). Carrying out administrative duties such as clerical work, general office responsibilities, and managing timesheets for the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
