Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefit Operations Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Compensation & Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast-paced pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee total Benefits administration such as health & welfare, leaves/absence, and incentives. Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market. Act as primary point of contact for any queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary. Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

Strong Compensation & Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company. Great knowledge of HR policies and processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in Spanish or Italian.
