HR Officer x2 Fixed term, Post 1 - 28 hours per week until 31 December 2025 Post 2 - 35 hours per week until 31 July 2025 Salary: Grade 4 £31,920 - £34,332 per annum pro rata Working within a fast-paced and demanding environment, you will provide initial HR advice and support in relation to all areas of the HR function including: Recruitment and selection Absence management Performance management Flexible working Maternity/paternity Employee relations matters The ideal candidate will: Possess a relevant Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent relevant qualification) Ideally have the CIPD qualification at level 3 and be working towards your level 5 qualification Have experience of working within a busy HR function at a similar level Have experience of working with an HR system (including data entry, production of reports, and analysis of data) Have the ability to manage conflicting priorities while working to tight deadlines Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Be able to build effective working relationships with managers and trade union representatives Have an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland's leading colleges with access to great development opportunities within a motivated skilled workforce.
