We are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to join their team in a standalone role, reporting directly to the People Director. You will also work closely with the Chief People Officer and the rest of the board, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing their DE&I vision from the ground up. This position requires a dynamic individual who can operate at strategic, operational, and transactional levels.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive DE&I strategy aligned with our organisational goals Create and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with an initial focus on gender, race & ethnicity, and LGBTQ+ Develop and roll out manager and leadership toolkits to promote equity and inclusive leadership across the organisation Craft and manage DE&I policies and procedures, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of the business Lead internal communications related to DE&I initiatives, fostering an open and inclusive dialogue Stay informed on DE&I best practices, trends, and legislation to ensure our strategies are current and effective Define and track DE&I metrics, establish targets, and develop plans to achieve them Collaborate with HR, Sustainability, and other key stakeholders to integrate DE&I into our broader business strategy Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on DE&I matters This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a progressive, inclusive environment. You'll have the chance to build a DE&I function from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to drive meaningful change. This role offers hybrid working, however requires 3 days working in their offices. The Successful Applicant The chosen candidate will have a proven background of developing DE&I strategies from the ground up - and will have experience of using data to make informed business decisions.

You will have operated within a pacey commercial environment, and have experience of partnering and influencing senior leadership stakeholders.

You will also have; Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. Experience in policy development and implementation Demonstrated ability to support and manage ERGs Proficiency in developing training and development programs focused on equity and inclusion Strong analytical skills to define and measure success metrics A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture Experience of working within the Tech & Digital, Sports & Media, Professional Services, and/or FMCG industry Desirable / Non-essential criteria: Level 7 CIPD qualification Experience of working within other HR CoE's, preferably within a HRBP or L&OD capacity Experience of working within a SaaS organisation What's on Offer This role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus a suite of benefits.
