Job Description

Job Overview: As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our clients across various industries. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in executive recruitment while working closely with senior consultants and industry experts. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, networking, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building relationships. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilise various sourcing methods including databases, networking, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Networking and Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. Client Collaboration:

Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements, job specifications, and company culture. Candidate Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance. Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
