As a senior employee of the Trust, you will work in close co-operation with and support other clinical, medical, professional, and managerial colleagues in providing high quality, safe health care to patients. Integral to these responsibilities are the following:
The provision of a first-class service.
Effective leadership to all staff engaged in the specialty.
Supporting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
Undertaking all work in accordance with trust policies and procedures, including the Code of Behaviour.
Conducting clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of Homerton's business plans.
Contributing to the management of the clinical service and service development.
Providing a comprehensive outpatient service, managing consultations and record keeping in a timely manner; ensuring the patient record is up to date in real-time with follow-on actions requested via the EPR and tasks completed in line with Trust and Service processes and SOPs.
