The Opportunity
In this role, you will be efficiently managing the engineering functions of the site and playing an active role in supporting the business ensuring that Health and Safety is at the forefront of systems and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Engineers within Site Services and being responsible for their performance and development.
Working to and reporting on KPIs.
Ensuring contractor controls and legislative compliance is in place.
Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of replacement stocks.
Maintaining and operating an effective PPM system.

Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering at a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively under pressure.
Excellent coaching and training skills.
Experience and proven ability in managing people and tasks.
Awareness of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation.
