Key Responsibilities: Managing the Engineers within Site Services and being responsible for their performance and development. Working to and reporting on KPIs. Ensuring contractor controls and legislative compliance is in place. Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of replacement stocks. Maintaining and operating an effective PPM system. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering at a minimum of Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively under pressure. Excellent coaching and training skills. Experience and proven ability in managing people and tasks. Awareness of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation. We encourage positive communication, and the building of strong collaborative relationships is essential to every role.
