Senior Building Services Manager - Major Health Experience
We are partnering with a leading UK and NI tier 1 builder who is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead the Services on a major project.
This main contractor has just been awarded a major health project in central London and is looking for a Senior Building Services Manager to run the pre-construction, design, and planning of the MEP packages for the next 10 months building up to the delivery stage.
The project build cost is in excess of £100m with MEP package upwards of £30m.
About you:
You will ideally be a seasoned BSM with 10+ years experience working on similar scale projects with a strong understanding of both Mechanical & Electrical works. In addition, you will ideally have exposure working within the health sector.
