Amazon Freight product allows Shippers to use Amazon's transportation network to transport products in bulk across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven solution for the shipping needs of small and large businesses and is scaling rapidly as an offering. Amazon Freight is a part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization in Europe which is a cutting-edge supply chain technology organization responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics offerings.

We are looking for a result-driven, creative thinker who is detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and customer-obsessed Systems Manager to join our fast-paced dynamic team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with CRM's uses and functions, enjoys the challenge of highly complex business contexts, and is passionate about scaling businesses. Key job responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce requirements which are both of a high standard and to specification. Develop a robust prioritization methodology to ensure requirements are tracked, delivered, and stakeholders have a clear view of the roadmap. Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop customer journeys and support Pardot development. Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and chair training sessions. Work alongside our North American Salesforce Team to deliver quality integrations to add value for our customers. Gather and translate User Stories into tangible requirements. Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce flows to automate complex business processes, enhance user productivity, and improve data accuracy across the platform. Build Reporting Mechanisms via Salesforce. Exhibit entrepreneurial spirit by navigating complex security and compliance roadblocks to implement effective Salesforce solutions, adapting to Amazon's constantly evolving and rigorous security landscape. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent. Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot) and Sales tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working within a high-growth, technology company. Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations. Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation - Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM-201 / ADM-211.
