Undergraduate degree or equivalent Clear evidence of continued professional development relating to portfolio, programme, or project management, such as Managing Successful Programmes, Management of Value, P3O Desirable criteria
Masters level degree or equivalent within a Business or IT specific subject Professional qualifications such as Prince 2 Experience Essential criteria
Substantial experience of working within strategically focused functions, across complex change and operational service delivery environments Demonstratable experience at a senior level in an NHS acute trust or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting. Strategic thinking - ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise. Ability to analyse complex facts and situations and develop a range of options. Desirable criteria
Substantial experience of working within strategically focused functions, across complex change and operational service delivery environments Experience within an acute hospital setting. Experience of developing complex business cases.
