Bristol (Parking on site) A leading main construction contractor specialising in the healthcare sector, focusing on full design and build within traditional construction and modular build, is seeking an experienced site manager. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between the construction director and the site management team. Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 site managers/supervisors Oversee site access Ensure site health and safety (H&S) Ensure the project runs according to the programme and resolve delays quickly and effectively Work 10 hours on site Minimum Requirements:
Experience in managing a large site Experience working for a main or principal contractor SMSTS and First Aid certifications The ideal candidate will be a team player, leader, well-organised, able to multi-task, and possess excellent communication skills.
