Description Based predominantly in Manchester (with weekly travel to Ripponden), you will lead and develop an outbound B2B telesales team. This is a high-visibility role in a business that is set to scale rapidly, offering a chance to build on existing momentum and shape the department's success.
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of managing and inspiring sales teams, ideally within B2B sales, outbound contact centres, or appointment-setting environments. A strong, results-driven sales approach with a history of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in business-to-business sales, demonstrating stability and success in leadership roles. Capability of overseeing 2 teams, one based in each location, managing 2 team leaders and indirectly 35 FTE. Consistent track record of developing successful telesales functions. Strong technical capabilities and able to utilise data and performance metrics to manage performance. Excellent stakeholder leadership skills, able to work in partnership with 2 other Heads of to create a flawless customer journey. Credibility as a salesperson to inspire and motivate future leaders.
