Consumer Health - Senior Brand Manager Major Tasks

Translate business growth goals into clear brand objectives and success KPIs, in collaboration with the Category Work Team Lead. Collaborate with the Category Work Team Lead to leverage market research and insights to identify sustainable growth opportunities, including product development and innovation roadmaps—where to play and how to win. Set the brand planning calendar, manage cross-functional activities, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables with a consumer- and retailer-first mindset. Go beyond demographics to understand key high-value consumer segments for the assigned brand, focusing on brand design and media targeting, in alignment with the insights from the Brand Category Team. Develop media campaigns rooted in brand, category, and consumer insights to achieve brand growth targets. Own all aspects of campaign pre- and post-research and testing, ensuring alignment with the objectives set by the Brand Category Team. Support the Category Work Team Lead in creating end-to-end full-funnel (offline & online) campaign messaging constructs and tactical go-to-market plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (including eCommerce). Ensure adherence to best practices in consumer insights-based creative and content personalisation. Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all channels, prioritising a digital-first experience, in alignment with the strategic direction of the assigned brand. Measure and report ongoing performance and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs, while keeping the Brand Category Team informed of key findings. Implement an agile optimisation approach to drive effectiveness and efficiency of key campaign KPIs, in consultation with the Category Work Team Lead. Establish and manage all aspects of the assigned brand budget, ensuring alignment with the financial goals set by the Category Work Team Lead. Track and interpret consumer and media trends, market developments, category shifts, and competitor performance, sharing insights with the Brand Category Team. Serve as the business owner for all brand research and manage market research activities, coordinating with the Category Work Team Lead to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Who you are?

Key Skills & Capabilities Hard Skills:

Commercial & digital first mind-set, with experience in end-to-end brand management incl. designing & developing brand architecture, brand guidelines, packaging construct etc. Understanding of quantitative & qualitative market research methodology (and consumer segmentation techniques). Experience in digital first end-to-end & integrated brand communication process. Strong experience with full-funnel (integrated offline & online) campaign development, deployment, and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels (incl. eCom). Good understanding of Amazon content eco-system (e.g. PDP) ideally. Strong understanding of UK&I consumer media landscape (incl. offline & online retail media) and latest/emerging digital consumer media platforms. Strong understanding of campaign metrics & ROI assessment tools e.g. MMM, digital attribution etc. Experience with leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS PowerBI etc.) for analysis & reporting. Strong understanding of creative & content personalization approach. Experience working with real-time/dynamic creative optimization technology will be a big plus. Hands-on experience leading integrated agency teams (media, creative, content) & working with key media partners (e.g. Google, FB, TikTok etc.). Strong project management skills. Soft Skills:
