Head of Finance Salary to £60,000 plus excellent benefits Manchester Our client based in Manchester is looking for a qualified, time-served Head of Finance to join the not-for-profit business as the number one in the accounting function. As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO and the senior Operations team to oversee all the financial and commercial development of the organisation. You will be pivotal in providing strategic leadership for all commercial activities and driving the KPIs of the business. This will include the strategic use of facilities to ensure full utilisation to achieve primary aims and objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the function and driving innovation to create new ethical and radical routes to market, thereby creating new income streams. You will also be tasked with creating and implementing the strategy to drive new services and developing new opportunities and partnerships for the organisation. To qualify for this Head of Finance role, you should be a qualified accountant with extensive experience in the not-for-profit/charity sector.
