Must Hold the P402, P403, and P404 qualifications Full and clean driving License Significant experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys and air monitoring and 4 stage clearances to a high standard Ability to work at height and confined space Agreement to DBS check Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Responsibilities:
Conducting UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys Working flexibly across company offices or client sites as required. Complying with quality assurance processes and support audit programmes. Ensuring legal obligations are met as a provider of asbestos services and employer Engaging in training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness while meeting billing and productivity targets. Commutable locations:
