This role will play a key role in supporting a critical organisational change initiative as the business undergoes its next transformation phase. Following the introduction of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and revised business line structure earlier in 2024. This is a strategic moment to join and contribute to shaping the company’s future operations and work culture. The successful candidate will support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing restructuring processes and potential redundancies. Compliance Assurance: Utilize your strong knowledge of employment law to guide the HR team through complex restructuring scenarios, ensuring all processes remain legally compliant. Ideal Candidate Profile Project and Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing projects and driving business change, ideally within HR or organisational restructuring contexts. Strong Employment Law Knowledge: Proficient understanding of employment law, especially in relation to redundancy and restructuring. Collaborative Approach: A proven ability to work closely with HRBPs, providing both strategic and tactical project support. Hands-On Attitude: Practical and proactive, ready to engage in BAU activities as needed. Exceptional Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively. If you are a seasoned HR Project Manager ready to lead through change in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply and learn more about this exciting opportunity.
