Role Overview: Our client are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality candidates for our clients. This will mainly be on retained work, and focusing on clients in both the UK and US. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations. Use a range of sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and job boards to identify top talent. Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices. Negotiate terms and manage client and candidate expectations to ensure successful placements. Achieve individual and team-based sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Keep up to date with industry trends, job market conditions, and relevant legislation. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, either contingent or retained, is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
