The postholder will be a fully experienced General Practitioner who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide services in general practice to meet the health care needs of those people who are registered at the practice. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of clinical care is provided for patients across the service. The post holder will initiate clinical assessment including telephone triage, diagnosis, treatment, and referral using a range of advanced skills and expert knowledge for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions. Doctors must have full GMC registration, Professional Medical qualification, Certificate of prescribed or equivalent experience (JCTGP) and/or a Certificate of Completion of Training and a commitment to ongoing professional development. About Us
