We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our small but driven team in Leicester. The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our driving recruitment services.

The Role: As a Business Development Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our UK operations. Business Development Consultant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Proactively secure new vacancies through dynamic sales and business development initiatives. Deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff, expertly managing the entire process from start to finish. Consistently meet and exceed targets for acquiring new clients and scheduling service meetings. Generate valuable leads for sales activities from a diverse range of sources. Achieve daily and weekly targets for speculative calls and client meetings with determination. Promote other divisions or brands within the Gi Group effectively whenever possible.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with an honest, flexible, and dependable mindset, and an unwavering determination to achieve success. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others are vital. We seek individuals who are confident in engaging with people across all levels and sectors. Must hold valid UK drivers licence and access to own vehicle for client and site visits.
