Human Resources Life on the team Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a global organization? We're looking for a Reward Consultant to join our dynamic team, acting as a trusted expert and providing innovative solutions across all areas of Reward. This is your opportunity to shape policies, processes, and strategies that directly influence the attraction and retention of talent across multiple regions. As a Reward Consultant, you will serve as the key subject matter expert for all Reward-related matters, providing tailored advice on projects and specific challenges. Your role will involve driving the delivery and improvement of global Reward activities, with a strong focus on compensation processes, such as managing annual cycles for Variable Pay and Pay Review across multiple countries. You’ll conduct salary benchmarking, refine global salary structures, and contribute to job evaluation and alignment initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with HR teams worldwide to deliver a cohesive and professional service while supporting broader Reward areas, including Benefits, Recognition, Pensions, and Global Mobility.

What You’ll Do Oversee annual compensation cycles, providing governance and ensuring compliance with processes and tools like SuccessFactors Compensation. Analyse survey results and benchmark salaries to maintain competitive and equitable pay structures. Lead projects to implement new tools and processes, continuously improving the Reward offering. Act as the escalation point for employee queries across Reward subjects. What You’ll Need Extensive experience managing processes such as variable pay and pay review cycles. Proficiency in SuccessFactors Compensation or Variable Pay modules at the Admin level, ideally paired with Employee Central, is preferred but not essential. A strong background in managing international projects, creating effective communication campaigns, and analysing complex data to deliver actionable insights. Expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and developing compensation strategies. Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. A collaborative and adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments. A curious and innovative approach, always looking to improve processes and stay informed about HR and business trends. About us With over 20,000 employees across the globe, we work at the heart of digitisation, advising organisations on IT strategy, implementing the most appropriate technology, and helping our customers to source, transform and manage their technology infrastructure in over 70 countries. We deliver digital technology to some of the world’s greatest organisations, driving digital transformation, enabling people and their business.
