Location: Potters Bar

Salary: up to £100,000 per annum plus high OTE commission

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong recruitment agency background to help us expand our Medical Recruitment business. This person must have over 5 to 10 years of business development and recruitment agency experience, a proven track record of supporting the Medical Care sector including NHS, and can demonstrate an impressive network of contacts. A good track record of delivery within the HTE framework including contacts will be advantageous. Must be confident and able to build a team for THE supply and off-panel supply to other parts of the NHS.

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a portfolio of medical care sector and NHS accounts, forming strong relationships with key decision makers. Establish Surecall Medical Recruitment as a trusted recruitment partner for several new and existing accounts. Proactively seek out new recruitment business opportunities by generating your own appointments and following up leads from our marketing activities and events. Establish a network of recruitment contacts and referrals for new business opportunities. Provide effective account management to existing accounts, maximizing revenues and identifying new business opportunities. Build strong relationships within each account by gaining trust at different levels and proposing the right solutions. Develop an in-depth understanding of Surecall's solutions and strategies. Ensure best practice in your approach to account planning and fitting solutions to customer requirements. Follow up leads identified or provided through internal teams to develop and win new business. Participate in Surecall Recruitment seminars/events and network to grow pipeline and business. Develop business plans to bring on and develop new and existing accounts. Take personal responsibility for building and maintaining industry and competitor knowledge. Achieve growth and retention targets. Capture feedback from customers on areas for service improvement and development.

Skills & Experience: Medical Care Sector and/or NHS recruitment sales background. Detailed knowledge of the services in Surecall's portfolio. High calibre individual with the ability to diagnose/analyze complex commercial recruitment requirements. Proven experience of growing medical care sector or NHS Trust accounts. Sound business acumen & commercial/financial awareness. Proactive user of CRM to assist in delivering results. Experience of developing relationships internally and externally. Customer service led sales approach. Clean driver's license.
