About the Role

The

Partner Designate

position presents a unique chance to take on a leadership role within an established and growing firm. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries while helping drive the firm's strategic vision for the future.

You'll be supported by a highly experienced management team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client services and identifying new business opportunities to propel the firm forward.

What We're Looking For Qualifications:

ACCA, ACA, CA, or QBE. Experience:

A strong record of career progression within accountancy, including cloud-based systems and strategic planning expertise. Business Development:

Proven ability to identify and develop new revenue streams. Technical Skills:

Proficiency across all areas of accountancy, including compliance and advisory services. Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. Personal Attributes:

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a professional, client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. Provide a combination of business advisory and compliance services. Lead the strategic planning and delivery of services for clients. Drive client growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Oversee projects and ensure the team delivers high-quality work. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring professional growth and excellent performance. Stay informed about legislation and compliance standards, ensuring best practices across the firm. Salary:

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum. Benefits:
