Unusual opportunity for an experienced Audit professional to join a dynamic team in the Oxfordshire area. This is a newly-created Specialist Audit Team and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to progress quickly through to Management with a clear Partner Track in the future. Hybrid working with 2 Office days per week, with some travel to client sites, primarily in the south.
Responsibilities Working alongside managers and Partners on audit engagement Leading audits with team members delivering planning, fieldwork and completion Advising clients on audit matters, including Directors and CFOs Communicating and building solid relationships with clients at all levels Assisting in coaching and motivating a team of juniors Managing audit requirements for a growing portfolio of clients, from small Trusts through to large Enterprise clients with international subsidiaries Requirements
