An established International multidisciplinary practice is seeking an ARB Delivery Architect with 3-5 years experience to join their team in Central London. Salary:

£40,000 - £48,000 Type:

Central London office The team is friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, backed by multiple larger offices globally. They are looking to grow to meet increased demand in UK Housing and large scale mixed-use projects, with a high-profile portfolio of award-winning projects. This role focuses on joining a stage 4 project, delivering packages on-site in the UK, with occasional overseas exceptions. It's an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about building projects and looking to progress within an expanding team. Your Responsibilities: Run projects individually or as part of a team. Act as a Project Lead managing a team of 2-4 persons, depending on workload and abilities. Work across RIBA stages and support the BIM Manager with technical work. Ideal Experience & Skills: Qualified Architect with at least 3 years professional experience working in the UK. Practical experience with Revit. Excellent technical skills in large scale complex projects. Confident in client-facing roles, establishing briefs through the stages. Strong understanding of planning and building control requirements. Hands-on experience with Revit and collaboration with internal and external teams. Strong spoken and written communication skills. Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaboration, and leadership. Essential software skills: Revit/BIM, MS Office suite, SketchUp.
