Posting Type Hybrid Job Overview As a Director, Practice Empowerment AI, you will be a recognized thought leader both internally and externally, guiding industry peers through moments of disruption, transformation, and innovation. You will play a key role in advising client and partner organizations on business strategies and practices around the use of Generative AI in document review and other core legal data intelligence use cases. Job Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire confidence among current and potential customers and partners by showcasing the value proposition and differentiation of our products. Advise leaders of client and partner organizations on shaping their business strategies and practices around Generative AI. Translate customer pain points, challenges, and opportunities into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure goals are met, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Sales. In this role you will work closely with the MD and VP Sales International to grow the international market. Drive product adoption strategies within the organizations you advise, focusing on customer and partner orientation, technical fluency, and strategic mindset. Engage in industry and Relativity events as an evangelist, presenter, and thought leader. Qualifications: Recognized leader in the eDiscovery industry with 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role overseeing document review, investigation services, and/or eDiscovery services. Preferably using Relativity as the primary software in support of those services. Proven track record of success and responsibility in influencing company priorities and decisions. Ability to operationalize strategy and drive adoption of new technologies within a firm. Experience in advising senior leadership, management, and other key players within firms on the value and benefits of using AI and other new technologies. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Customer and partner orientation with a strategic mindset and technical fluency.
