This role has executive responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, operational performance, and emergency preparedness. To do this, you'll have a track record of strategic and operational management obtained at or near Board level in a complex environment. You'll join a dynamic Executive Team who are passionate about ensuring the voices of the communities we serve are at the heart of service developments. We strive to make decisions for the right reasons, with a clear focus on financial efficiency whilst delivering outstanding services. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills will be essential, and you will influence and engage our stakeholders in the Trust and externally. Educated to Masters degree level or equivalent post graduate qualification or equivalent senior experience Evidence of continuing personal and professional development Experience
Proven experience of operating at a senior level within health services Experience of successfully managing significant operating budgets Experience of leading service development and innovation Proven experience of operating at a senior level within mental health, learning disability or physical health services Experience of building personal and professional credibility with Board, management, clinical teams and staff Sound understanding of clinical governance risk management and evidence of raising standards Knowledge
Detailed knowledge of the mental health and physical health service delivery agenda Ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively and co-operatively with colleagues and other partners Excellent leadership and influencing skills Capacity to think strategically and analyse and solve complex problems Inspirational leader who demonstrates the ability to lead and manage change.
